WORKSHOP OVERVIEW
Our practical mindful strategies will provide teachers with tools to develop and maintain a sense of calmness and resilience within themselves and their classrooms to meet the many challenges presented by teaching, working in the school system, and beyond. Teachers will have a chance to experience meditation practice to relax and renew their energy. This experience will be coupled with dialog and discussion. This workshop will provide practical mindful strategies to use in the classroom.

AFTER THE WORKSHOP
Participants will have the opportunity to have a follow-up video conference with workshop facilitators to share their experience and receive further practical instruction.

Teaching is an intellectually and physically demanding job that requires hard work and the ability to change and be flexible on a moment to moment basis. The skillful use of mindful strategies can provide teachers with the resilience and strength to meet the challenges of teaching in the 21st century.

  • Onsite Mindfulness Classes
    Our trained instructors will come to your school and offer a class for faculty and/or students.

  • Teacher Mindfulness Training
    Become certified to offer your classroom basic meditation instruction. Offered online or in person.

  • One on One Mindfulness Coaching
    Meet online or in person with one of our instructors to explore a specific application of mindfulness in your practice or in the classroom.
